Sorry About Them (Zuri)

"My parents would have asked me if it was okay with them before we went." Cato nodded, "So take your time with it. I just need to know a week in advance."

"Okay" she smiled taking out her phone "Let's exchange numbers and I'll let you know"

"Alright." he smiled before taking his phone out and giving her his number

After exchanging numbers the two entered the cafeteria "Know what you want?"

"I think I just want a salad. I'm not really hungry. You?"

"Maybe a sub sandwhich"

"sounds good." He said dropping his bag off at a table

Zuri sat her books down on the table and went to the sandwich line. In no time she was back at the table waiting for Cato

Cato went to the salad bar and got his lunch before also returning to the table and sitting across from Zuri.

"Do you always eat that healthy?"

"Not always. I eat like this during football season and during other sports."

"Oh... What other sports do you play?"

"Baseball and basketball." He said

"Oh so you must know my best friend Zayn"

"Yep! He hasn't been feeling quite right lately, or at least he doesn't look it."

"Yeah don't I know it" Zuri replied

"He should really take it easy."

"I know, but he is stubborn. He likes to push his limit, it's scary but I learned not to metal anymore since we fought so many times about it"

"He worries the whole team. We realize he's stubborn but he's not superman, sometimes you can't do it all. We just leave him alone."

"I know, hopefully Deja could talk some sense in him eventually"

Cato nodded, "He's great but I wouldn't want him to risk his life for a sport."

"His dad is pretty hard on him though"

Cato nodded, "It's a shame. All parents want their kids to be good at something but you shouldn't push them, especially when they're not in a good condition to be pushed. Stress could really hurt him right now."

"I know right, but Zayn is hardheaded and unfortunately will have to learn the hard way"

"I know." He sighed
