Settling In (Chelsea)

"Alright, I won't forget to lock you out either."

"I have a key!" Bri yelled from down the street

Kadence was walking out to get some more boxes from the truck when she saw Chelsea standing alone and Brianna down the street and nearly out of site

"Where is she going?" Kadence asked

Chelsea shrugged, "She told me she had somewhere to be."

Kadence shook her head "I told her she couldn't go until we were done, she is going to hear it when she gets back"

"I'll help, if you want." She offered

(That's fine.)

"You don't have too, I'm sure you'd much rather have somewhere you'd rather be too"

"Nah, I can stick around for awhile."

"That's nice! Want to help me, finish with Brianna started? Her room?" she asked

"I'd love to." she said

"Thank you Chelsea" she smiled grabbing another box from the van

"No problem." She said as she grabbed a box as well.

"So is, us moving in totally weird?"

"It's not too bad, not the end of the world, I can live with it."

"I know, but for awhile it's just been you and Nick and I promise we aren't going to be changing the dynamics of yall lifestyle"

" Yeah, it's a change, change is good."

"Glad you feel that way!"

"I'm not home too much, though."

"Why not?"

"I like to go out with my friends a lot, I probably only sleep in my own bed once or twice a week, at the most."

"And when your dad puts you on punishment for months" she joked

"Which isn't very often."

"Just that once?"

"it's only happened once before that."

"Another party?"

"Yeah." She sighed
