"Number two." Deja bit her lip a little and smiled at the boy.

Zuri looked at her "Zayn?"

She smiled some more, "Yeah..."

"Ooooooooh... Deja!!! makes sense" she chuckled

Deja laughed, "Oh stop it! But yeah, he's cute, and he's been my friend for a while."

"He talks about you all the time"

She raised an eyebrow, "Seriously?"

"He's been like my very best friend since we were kids" Zuri explained "Our dad's played on the same team until mine was drafted to New York"

"So did your dad get drafted back to LA?"

"Yep!" she smiled

"Well great, hopefully we can hang out some more now."

"I'm up for it! I refuse to hang around with just Zayn everyday."

She chuckled, "Yeah, that would suck. I could introduce you to everyone too."

"The more the merrier, I'm not the type that wants to sit in the house all day, I need to get out and I need friends to do so" she chuckled

"Yeah, everyone's pretty cool around here."

"No drama?"

"Not that I'm involved in."

"I was involved in a lot back in New York" she shook her head "That's why I'm praying it doesn't end the same here"

"I doubt it will, we all seem pretty cool around here."

"That's the vibe of LA period... That's why I'm glad to be back"

"Well hopefully we can hang out more while you're here."

"Of course its important to be friends with my best friend's gal"

"If I ever become his 'gal'." She chuckled.
