Don't be Mad

"No way. Really?" he smiled "We are made for each other"

"Uh huh." She grinned, "Guess we are."

"Want one?" Darius asked as he opened the fruit container

"Don't mind if I do, young fella." She smiled and opened her mouth for the fruit.

Darius grabbed a strawberry and fed it to her

Taylor slowly bit into the strawberry, savoring its taste, moaning in delight before swallowing. She grinned, "Delicious, thank you."

"You're welcome" he smiled eating one himself

Taylor looked up at hin, "I know you said you didn't want to talk about it, but are you sure you're feeling okay?" She asked in concern about their previous conversation.

"Uh... Yeah! Why?"

"Because you were like "Uh...yeah!"." She mocked a little, "You said you lost someone in your family, that could be really hard on someone. But like I said, I don't want to pry, I just want to make sure you're okay."

"I am! I just... don't know how to deal with this kind of stuff"

"Well let me help you." She sighed, "Please?"

"How?"

"Well you need to let these things out. I know you Darius...you're not one to stick with it yet. You probably ran off and kept all of your feelings inside."

"I didn't run far... I only went to San Diego" he admitted "But, nothing get's past Ryan. I need a new runaway location..." he said trying to get off subject

"Or how about, you don't run away at all anymore." Taylor suggested. "What were you going to do in San Diego anyways?"

"I have friends who live there"

She shrugged, "I still think you should talk about it. I guessing you're quite close to whatever family member you lost."

"My grandmother, was like a real mom to me and Sasha" he admitted

Taylor frowned, "I'm sorry Darius."

"It's life right" he sighed and squirmed a bit trying to fight back emotions

Taylor grabbed his hand, lacing their fingers together as she looked up at him. He wasn't alright, she knew he wasn't. But she wasn't going to keep berating him.
