Another Night Like This

"Let's go" she said standing

Avan grabbed his keys and opened the door.

"Are you the type of guy that is overprotective of his car?"

He shook his head, "I need a new one." He chuckled

"Why?"

"Mine's old and run down and falling apart practically." He said

"Ask you parents for a new one!"

"I did, my dad told me that money doesn't grow on trees and to save up for my new car."

"Well have you been saving? Do you have a job?"

"Yeah, I do." he said, "I have some money set aside, but it's not enough."

"Where do you work ?"

"At the grocery store from hell." He laughed

"Which one? I'll come bother you" she laughed hoping in the passenger's seat

"At Walmart, that place, I can't even." He laughed

"Well, that should be easy. We don't have many WalMarts in this town"

"The people are so strange there, it's like, not even funny." he said

"What's so strange about them?"

"Have you ever seen 'The people of WalMart' videos?" he chuckled

"No, what videos?"

"There are these videos on YouTube of people that come into WalMart and they are like, the weirdest people ever."

"I'll definitely check that out when we get back" she said "Speaking of which, where are we going? Are we just driving?"

We could just go for a walk, if you'd like?" he said

"I like doing anything with you" she smiled

He smiled back, "You're sweet."

"Well... To you anyway!" she laughed
