So Distant (Austin)

Though she lost the starring role as Sandy in their school’s version of the famous musical Grease, due to her lack of attendance to class and rehearsals Sasha still had to earn her grade for the class which meant she had to be a part of the production in some way. Since she decided to participate on the cleanup staff, she had to sit through the entire musical, until the end to get her job done. She sat in the back and watched the production feeling a bit disappointed and left out. She sighed and folded her arms as a familiar stranger decided to take a seat next to her…

Austin had felt bad about not being able to talk to Sasha at all. Things were happening at home that were out of his control. He sat down next to Sasha.

"Hey." He softly said

"Hi"

"Sorry if you thought I've been avoiding you. I really wanted to talk to you but I got in some trouble. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss as well." he explained himself

Sasha stared "What kind of trouble?"

"I somehow got mixed in with the wrong crowd of people." he sighed

Sasha shook her head "Keep going?"

"I got caught at a party where alcohol was being served even though I didn't drink any I got into serious trouble."

"With the law or your parents?"

"Mostly my parents bur I got fined."

"Wow" she shook her head

"I'm sorry for being stupid." he apologized

"It you don't get your act together you are going to end up right at boarding school with Riley...That won't be good for either of us"

"I know." he sighed, "I missed you, though."

"I missed you too"

He gave her a small hug

Sasha hugged him back "Love you"

"Love you, too." he smiled lightly

"But why are you here? I'm sure you know I lost my part, unless you are here to see me clean up afterwards"

"Well, sadly, I didn't know you lost your part. I wanted to come see you perform an when you weren't on stage I was kind of confused. So I decided to come looking for you."

"Yeah, I was missing a lot of school and rehearsals"

"Sorry to hear that." He frowned

"I had better things to do"

"It is understandable though."

"Yeah but between me and you I would have made a better Sandy" she chuckled a bit
