Co-Parents (KiKi)

Drew had become extremely impressed and proud of himself and Kiara. Since the twins they've had up and down with one another but they knew how to come together and be great co-parents when it comes to their girls. Drew was excited to have the girls for a few days, he pulled into the driveway of Kiara's apartment and made his way to the door, he knocked and smiled when Kiara opened it. "What's up Baby Mama" he jokingly greeted

Kiki had just put Ava for a nap when she heard the knock at the door. She carried Gabriella with her to answer the door and smiled.

Kiki chuckled a bit "Not much."

"Look Gabby! It's Daddy!" She said excitedly to her daughter

"What's up Gabby" he smiled as he reach for and gabbed her "Where's Ava?" he asked coming further into her home and shutting the door behind him

"I just put her for a nap." She explained, "I don't want to wake her up right now."

"That's cool, I can wait around a bit if that's okay with you?"

"Yeah, that's fine. Sit down, make yourself at home."

"That was the plan" he said sitting on the couch propping his feet up on the coffee table

Kiki sat down, "So, what's new?"

"Same ole grind, different day. I've just been working my ass off at my new garage"

"Sounds like you're awful busy." She chuckled a bit, "Pretty busy around here too."

"Working?" he asked

"Yeah, that and being a full time mom when the girls are with me."

"We manage though, it isn't easy for me either"

"I know, I doubt it'll ever be easy." She sighed, "And my parents just started talking to me again."

"Seriously? How did that come about?"

"I have no idea. My mom just called me one day. Told me she wanted me to come live at home."

"So far so good? Do they help you with the girls?"

"They send money from time to time but I'm still pretty pissed off at them."

"I know what you mean. So are you going to take them up on their offer and move back?"

"I don't know yet. I've been thinking about it. It would probably be a lot more convenient for me and easier, but I think I'm doing fine on my own."

"Well if you do decide to go, let me know my brothers and I could help you move"

"Alright, thanks. I'll let you know if I decide to go back." Kiki said

"You know you could always move in with me" he sheepishly smiled

"Yes, that's an option. But we know that didn't work out too well last time."

"But we were young, we are much more responsible now. And, I'm not going to lie... I miss you"
