"Christian, really, its fine! We broke up and i was really upset. I can understand why you feel like this but let's just move on."

"Fine" he nodded

"Thank you."

"Yeah sure"

Katie sighed as she continued to drive.

Christian tuned into his phone as that awkward silence filled the air...

"How's your boxing"

"Oh great!" he nodded "Tournament coming up, so I've been working on that"

"Really? Remind me, I'll come and support you."

"Uh.. yeah sure, if I see you around I will"

"Orrrrr you could call me again. That works too, unless you don't want me there."

"I'd said I'd let you know Katie!"

"Okay sorry! Rambling on..."

"Soooo, Dacey's turning sixteen soon" he spoke about his little sister

Katie smiled, "Oh yeah, is she having a party?"

"My mom wanted her to have this big sweet sixteen but Dacey is so shy and timid that she was afraid no one would come. So, she convinced my mom to let her have a little sleepover with only a few friends" he explained "And of course since my mom still works like some maniac I get stuck chaperoning."

"Well I can help you with the girls if you like, also want to see her since I never see her around school."

"Cool, I'm she sure she'd like that"

"I hope so."

"I'm sure you know more about slumber parties than I do"

"Probably." She giggled.

"Order the pizza for the girls and kick back is all I have to do that night then" he chuckled "You can entertain them"

"No...you entertain them too. You can't leave me alone." She chuckled.

"I'll be in the house, just not with you all"
